Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required for application processing. 

Payment Schedule: Pay in full or up to 3 installments via credit card due February 1^st, March 1^st, and April 1^st. Balance is to be paid in full by April1^st. 

Multi-Child Discount: If you have more than one child from your immediate family enrolled, we will apply a $100 discount for each additional child.

Cancellation: If enrollment is cancelled after May 15^th, 50% of all fees paid will be forfeited.  Cancellation of enrollment after June 1^st will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

Inclusions: The registration fee includes: All camp food, lodging, activities, snacks, and one camp T-shirt.

Exclusions: Parents/Guardians are responsible for transportation fees and baggage fees to and from Camp. 

Intersession Fees:  Food and lodging at camp and all supervision and transportation will be provided at no additional charge for intersession campers.  Intersession campers will need spending money for food on camp trips and activities. 

Prior to Camp: Every child attending a URJ Camp must: (a) submit all camp forms completed, including a health form with confirmation of a physical exam conducted within 6 months of opening day; (b) be covered by an appropriate health insurance policy; and, (c) have up-to-date, age-appropriate immunizations.
